Getting Rid of Stress
It's so funny that when people are stressed out that they feel they need to turn to 'things' to help get them out of stress, to avoid feeling it. Some may choose eating, watching the television, talking on the phone to confide with someone or spending time with their significant other to distract them away from the stress and back to feeling 'good' again.
